- Kingsland accepts advertising on behalf of you, if you are the owner of the property or you have been authorized to do so by the owner.
- We allow you to use our services only for yourself at your property/properties unless Kingsland specifically permits you to do so in a separate agreement.
- You have to pay dues of our services for advertisement as per policies and Kingsland will not change copyright notice which’s published.
- You are not allowed to share inaccurate information about property at Kingsland.
- Kingsland does not make any offers or invitations concerning any property, nor does it make any recommendations regarding any property.
- You are prohibited to use any copyright information and you will not remove your advertisement before one week.
- Kingsland is not liable for the positive response from the clients after advertisement of property.
- Links to Kingsland pages or sites are not permitted unless we have express permission to do so.
- Kingsland has the right to cancel your services in case of any violation and fraudulent activities.
